Hardware Engineer
The key responsibilities of this role include technical design leadership on assigned hardware design projects & leading the design from the concept to production, involving significant scope and complexity.
Essential qualifications
Graduate or post-graduate degree in Electronics Engineering having 2+ years practical R&D experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
Mandatory Skills
Experience developing embedded systems with: Ethernet, USB, RS232/422, ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, Video / Display Interfaces, Discrete I/O and Analog I/O.
Experience directing and participating in architecture, requirements, design, test, documentation, and Production Support efforts.
Experience in schematic design, PCB layout is essential. Complex board brings up skills that are a must.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
The key responsibilities of this role include electronics hardware packaging for aerospace projects from conception to production transition, involving significant scope and complexity. Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards.
Essential qualifications
Graduate or post-graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering having 3+ years practical R&D experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
Mandatory Skills
Mechanical Design of Electro-mechanical packaging of high-power electronics and packaging in high-vibration aerospace environments
Understanding of Design for Manufacturing, manufacturing cost, and reproducibility
Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems
Hardware Technician
The key responsibilities of this role include technical electronic assembly, hardware testing, and component-level troubleshooting. Proficient in soldering (both SMD and through-hole), and well-versed in managing component inventories and coordinating with vendors for procurement and logistics.
Essential qualifications
Diploma in Electronics Engineering having 0-2 years of experience.
Mandatory Skills
Experience in hardware assembly of electronic/mechanical components
Hands-on expertise in testing electronic boards and systems
Skilled in soldering (through-hole and SMD preferred)
Familiarity with component-level repair and diagnostics
Ability to manage and track components inventory (component manager role)
Experience interacting with vendors for component sourcing, pricing & lead times
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and datasheets
